About The Position

The Sales Support Representative is responsible for working directly with Stryker Medical Account Managers to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include capital order entry, scheduling, and order management from conversion through delivery to the customer. Supports 2–3 sales regions and collaborates with internal departments until the product is delivered. Serves as a point of contact for Account Managers, responding to incoming calls and emails. Responsible for overall customer and sales representative satisfaction related to order management. Provides 2–3 sales regions with prompt, high-quality service and support across areas including order entry, conversion, order management (date matching, expedites), temporary requests, weld warranty replacements, sample orders, and troubleshooting order inquiries. Effectively communicates with sales representatives, regional managers, and cross-functional teams (IBP, Schedulers, AR, Service Parts, Marketing). Accountable for relaying communication from customers and the sales force to internal teams regarding order management and changes to scheduled delivery dates. Follows a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for all orders submitted via phone, electronically, or by fax, while maintaining records in accordance with Stryker specifications. Adheres to company, departmental, and regulatory procedures; identifies and documents productivity issues or concerns to support root cause analysis while building strong relationships and fostering teamwork across teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Build relationships and foster teamwork with fellow team members, leadership and individuals within other departments
