Provide sales focused support to our sales team while keeping our operations team well informed of project status and updates. This role involves being a key communicator to coordinate and guide teams through a process from qualified inquiry to project completion. The representative will work with internal staff to develop proposals, pricing, scope of work documents, leases and other project/presentation materials. They will also develop trusted customer relationships by anticipating customer needs and providing guidance in the absence of Account Executives in relation to business opportunities and on-going projects. The role requires balancing the needs and priorities of Account Executives to meet deadlines and client expectations. Other duties may be assigned.
