The Sales Support Partner is a hybrid support role that helps Sales focused associates navigate systems, workflows, and day-to-day production needs. The role has two significant components: first, acting as a hands-on guide for new Loan Officers during their first 90–120 days. Second, they will support the field by being a reliable resource for existing Loan Officers to answer quick questions, reinforce training, identifying workflow gaps, and providing light production support to keep the field productive and well supported.
