About The Position

The Sales Support Manager leads a team of appointment setters. H/She focused on managing the team’s performance, setting strategies, and ensuring the smooth execution of lead generation and appointment setting processes. The Sales Support Manager trains, monitors call scripts and CRM data, improves conversion rates, and reports on key metrics to senior management. He/She works to increase the number of qualified appointments booked for the sales team by overseeing their efforts to contact potential clients and secure meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • 5+ years of appointment setting, appointment scheduling, or call center experience
  • 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
  • Must possess proven experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Must have strong leadership and team management skills
  • Must have a deep understanding of sales processes, including lead qualification frameworks
  • Must be proficient with sales engagement platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach)
  • Must possess excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities
  • Must have strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

  • Train and coach appointment setters to meet and exceed goals
  • Monitor call quality, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback
  • Develop and implement outbound calling, emailing, and lead generation strategies
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the sales pipeline
  • Ensure the accurate and consistent use of the CRM system by the team
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership
