About The Position

Velosio is looking for a Consulting Manager to be an integral member of the Power Platform Team. As a Consulting Manager at Velosio, you will provide leadership to ensure delivery excellence and desired sales outcomes. This is a high-energy hands-on role with a focus on providing the ideal employee and customer experience. Your day might look like: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of consultants As needed provide quality control and/or lead delivery of larger projects Build long term client relationships that result in expanding Velosio services and solutions Provide sales support in leading client discussions and the creation of demos, estimates, proposals, and SOWs Be aligned to Velosio’s core values, tools, and processes Continuously educate yourself and team on the latest technologies and Microsoft releases Ensure you and your team successfully achieve monthly services forecasts, complete key initiatives, and obtain required certifications Foster a team environment Lead activities like lunch-n-learns, social postings/videos, and talk tracks at conferences Be an advocate for your team Who we are: At Velosio, we focus on what matters most - our people. Requirements

  • Microsoft Power Plaform subject matter expert with a focus on AI, Power Apps, Portals and Power Automate
  • Experience implementing large and complex Power Platform projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years consulting experience
  • Proficient in Project Management methodologies
  • Excellent presentation and written/oral communication
  • Experience communicating with C-level management and public groups
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
  • Possess business consulting, project definition, estimating, sales and strategic and tactical planning skills for engagements
  • Able to travel as needed, up to 35%
