About The Position

Tri-Imaging Solutions is seeking a Sales Support Manager to help drive sales effectiveness, revenue growth, and marketing execution. This role is primarily focused on Sales Support/Operations (about 70%), with the remaining 30% dedicated to Marketing Support. This position supports the day-to-day success of the sales team while coordinating deal desk activities, improving sales processes, and assisting with marketing initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to enhance pipeline visibility, support customer solutions, improve forecasting accuracy, and elevate the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Marketing, RevOps, or Deal Desk in a B2B environment
  • Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools (Power BI or similar), and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, capital equipment, or service-based industries, preferred
  • Experience supporting pricing, contracts, RFPs, or health system/GPO relationships, preferred
  • Marketing program or project management experience, preferred
  • Strong financial and commercial analytics skills, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support daily sales activities to drive customer growth and new business revenue
  • Manage sales campaigns, pipeline reporting, and CRM data accuracy
  • Support territory and account planning, including capacity modeling
  • Coordinate pricing, contracts, renewals, and RFP responses with Finance, Legal, and Customer Success
  • Identify process gaps and lead improvements to quoting, forecasting, and sales workflows
  • Ensure consistent branding across website, collateral, and outreach materials
  • Assist with development of sales tools, presentations, and customer-facing materials
  • Support website updates, social media efforts, and trade show preparation
  • Help develop new offerings and solutions based on customer feedback and business priorities
  • Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, forecasts, win rates, and margins
  • Develop standardized quoting templates, playbooks, and proposal tools
  • Support sales forecasting cadence and collaborate with Finance on projections
