About The Position

Phoenix Manufacturing is seeking a motivated, organized, and sales-oriented Sales Development & Sales Support Representative to join its growing sales team. This role combines sales development, outbound prospecting, project research, customer support, and day-to-day sales coordination. The successful candidate will assist sales representatives in identifying new opportunities, developing new contacts, and ensuring sales activities are organized and progressing. This is a sales-oriented position requiring proactive identification of companies, projects, and contacts, making outbound calls, asking qualifying questions, and creating warm handoffs to Sales Representatives. It is not a passive lead-follow-up role; candidates must be comfortable initiating conversations, conducting research, and taking ownership of opportunity creation. Phoenix Manufacturing is a U.S. manufacturer of evaporative air comfort systems for professional HVAC, commercial, agricultural, and controlled-environment applications, and this position is crucial for business growth and customer base expansion.
