This role is critical in supporting our Sales organization and internal stakeholders by managing operational processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and enjoys working cross-functionally.

Requirements

  • Education: High School graduate, Optional Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Sales Operations, Customer Service, or similar role preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Skills: Collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Email & Communication Management: Monitor and manage shared mailboxes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Pricing Support: Assist with pricing requests, approvals, and updates to maintain consistency and compliance.
  • Sales Team Support: Provide day-to-day operational assistance to Sales representatives, including troubleshooting and process guidance.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Marketing, IT, Accounting) to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
  • Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately input and maintain data in ERP, CRM and other systems to ensure integrity and reliability.
  • Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular audits of sales data, pricing, and processes to ensure adherence to company policies.
  • System Testing: Participate in testing new tools, system enhancements, and process changes to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
