As one of our Sales Support Coordinator s , you’ll play a critical role on our Site Sales team. You will partner with our external Sales Force Members located in field sales territories, as well as internal sales representatives working within a sales division. A typical day may include m aking a high volume of outbound calls to our advisors to schedule meetings with our Sales Force Members. You know that scheduling critical meetings with external stakeholders requires persistence, thoughtful backup plans , and nuanced alternative options. You thrive in team settings and enjoy collaborating with others. You ask great questions, bounce ideas off others , and confidently share your perspective. “I am the person Capital Group is looking for.” You have a solid background in sales/marketing , including cold calling. You’ve had previous experience coordinating large complex meetings and events involving participants in multiple locations, compiling meeting agendas, reserving meeting spaces, and arranging all details . You have a conscious process that you rely upon to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. You are highly observant and have a great amount of anticipation. This helps you prepare materials in a comprehensive manner, ensuring nothing is missed. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking and proactive teamwork are essential for success. You leverage Excel to manipulate data, answer questions and solve problems . You have a bachelor’s degree.
