About The Position

Our artistry extends to Premier Naturals™, delivering premium natural ingredients for exceptional skin and hair care. We are in search of a Sales Support Coordinator who will be on-site at our creative center located in Hackensack NJ. This position requires a highly organized Sales Support Coordinator to support our Sales and Customer Success teams and help deliver an exceptional client experience. A highly visible, on-site role who will partner closely with Sales Executives, internal cross-functional teams, and key customer accounts to ensure projects are executed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer success, project coordination, or similar role
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working across multiple systems
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused with strong follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred (supporting LATAM accounts)

Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage projects accurately in internal systems (ProCis, Salesforce)
  • Support Sales Executives with account coordination, communication, and follow-up
  • Participate in client meetings and track action items
  • Serve as liaison between Sales, Customer Success, and internal teams (Creative, Technical, Evaluation, Sensory, Perfumers)
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide backup support for customer service functions, including order entry, order status updates, and invoicing assistance
  • Coordinate briefs, timelines, samples, and internal deliverables to keep projects on schedule
  • Prepare sales reports and data in Excel to support account visibility and performance
  • Assist with scheduling, visitor agendas, and client presentation preparation
  • Provide coverage for Sales Team members during absences.
