About The Position

Your role: Supporting Territory Manager(s) and the Regional Sales Manager with sales activities that include procedure coverage, uncovering new opportunities for IGTD product penetration into assigned territory, and maintaining existing customers. Working independently to achieve business objectives and sales metrics set forth by the Philips IGTD division. Building solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, catheter laboratories, operating room personnel and business office staff, training/education, research, and supporting equipment and software. Interfacing with Marketing, R&D and other internal groups to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements. Providing ongoing support for company-sponsored clinical/marketing trials and registries.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ direct experience working in a hospital within a clinical setting and/or the medical device field.
  • Ability to perform in-service training, product education, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field or 2+ years of above-related experience with an Associate's degree; 4+ years of above-related experience with no degree.
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Jackson, MS.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of cath lab procedures, devices, and workflows (highly preferred).
  • Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist (CRT), Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT), Registered Nurse (RN) or CVIS/RCIS (highly preferred).
