A growth-oriented, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture. Your role in our team As Sales Support for Cisco, you will play a central part in the day-to-day operations of the Cisco team. You will manage administrative tasks, ensure accurate documentation, follow up on requests, and support seamless communication with colleagues, customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
  • An interest in technology (Cisco knowledge is a plus, but definitely not necessary).
  • A proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Process and follow up on Cisco orders, licenses and related requests.
  • Prepare, maintain and manage accurate documentation, quotes and internal records.
  • Act as a point of contact for administrative questions via phone, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex and email (in Dutch, French and English).
  • Ensure precise data entry and reporting in internal systems.
  • Monitor deadlines, approvals and process flows to support smooth operations.
  • Provide general team support including planning, coordination and backup duties.
