The team supports Sales by servicing larger customers and works closely with Billing, Credentialing, Compliance, and Legal partners. Our customers are FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) - focused resellers, making accuracy, compliance, and responsiveness critical. The team plays a key role in ensuring high quality, compliant service delivery across all engagements. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager - Sales Support Operations division. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
