About The Position

The team supports Sales by servicing larger customers and works closely with Billing, Credentialing, Compliance, and Legal partners. Our customers are FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) - focused resellers, making accuracy, compliance, and responsiveness critical. The team plays a key role in ensuring high quality, compliant service delivery across all engagements. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager - Sales Support Operations division. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, multitask effectively, and work independently
  • Strong listening and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to make independent decisions
  • Proactively generates ideas for improvement and provides recommendations to enhance processes and procedures
  • Curious mindset with a desire to understand existing perspectives and workflows
  • Strong attention to detail with analytical skills and the ability to grasp, retain, and apply concepts
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment to meet productivity standards, deadlines, and departmental SLEs
  • Consistently meets established productivity standards and deadlines
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with Excel proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Developing a highly functioning support team by leading timely execution, quality, and accuracy of all work performed by your team.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Manage and direct the team’s day‑to‑day activities, with a clear understanding of workflow management and resource allocation.
  • Spend approximately 20% of time performing similar work as those supervised.
  • Prepare mid‑year and end‑of‑year reviews by analyzing productivity, quality of work, and departmental contributions.
  • Monitor, maintain, and help improve employee performance through consistent feedback and coaching.
  • Mentor and develop associates and support professional growth.
  • Assist with cross‑departmental projects to timely and successful completion.
  • Perform special projects as needed.
