About The Position

The Sales Support Analyst plays a critical analytical and technical support role across our Sales Channels (Club/ Export, Grocery, Foodservice, Impulse). This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and distributing dashboards, reports, and performance tools that enable the sales organization to improve execution, identify growth opportunities, and drive performance in the trade.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent industry experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in Food Service, DSD, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Sales Analytics
  • The ideal candidate is a highly analytical problem solver with strong Excel skills, experience building dashboards using Tableau or Power BI, and a working knowledge of database and coding tools such as Python, R, or SQL Server.
  • This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Category Management, Distribution, Equipment, and Leadership to ensure data accuracy, visibility, and actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, Power Query preferred).
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience working with databases, data models, and reporting systems.
  • Strong understanding of: Sales data analysis, ofrecasting, trade management and performance tracking.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage data quality, data flow, and metadata.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and enhance distribution execution dashboards and scorecards to support sales performance and identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Own and manage data within customer and 3 rd party portals, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliable reporting.
  • Distribute and publish standardized scorecards and dashboards to the sales organization on a consistent cadence.
  • Support sales divisions and distributor partners with tracking, reporting, and performance insights.
  • Partner with Analytics and Category Management teams to integrate depletion data with Spectra data, Nielsen Data, retail Integrasys reporting, and Infilect category management data to create actionable dashboards.
  • Assist in creating and managing Sales Operations dashboards leveraging syndicated Nielsen data with Stay in Front sales reporting and Infilect category management intelligence to measure performance.
  • Perform ad-hoc sales project management, reporting, analysis, and presentation builds as requested by leadership.
  • Assist with broader data integrity, quality control, and reporting standardization efforts across Sales Support.
