About The Position

Bring your energy, your Excel skills, and your love of helping others win! As a Sales Support Analyst at EO Johnson Business Technologies, you’ll be the operational backbone of our Imaging Division - keeping deals moving, customers happy, and data sharp and accurate. You’ll partner with Account Executives, the Sales Manager, and our Service team to coordinate new Managed Print Services (MPS) implementations and support existing programs. From pricing and proposals to onsite walkthroughs and installations, you’ll make sure every detail is covered and every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, business administration, technology, or customer service related field
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
  • Willingness to learn about how our products and services work
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and high energy level
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of leasing operations, which includes the credit application process, legal documentation, buyouts, etc
  • Composes and maintains presentations, documents, and reports
  • Assists and tracks sales promotions and leads
  • Supports the sales team to answer their questions related to customer issues inquiries
  • Maintains customer database; update customer information, enter sales’ activity, schedule follow-up visit, distribute weekly call lists, prepare distribution lists for marketing blasts, and cross-reference database with other other member lists
  • Arranges, enters and reports on meter usage from physical walkthroughs of customer sites
  • Creates and maintains site maps/floor plans of equipment location of customer sites electronically
  • Interviews end users and management to gather data about inefficiencies while maintaining account relationships and building customer confidence and satisfaction
  • Assists in the MPS RFP response, proposal document and presentation
  • Manages complex spreadsheets calculating cost of operation of office equipment, as well as new equipment pricing, service rates, lease buyouts and other data that would impact pricing
  • Prepares accurate documents to forward for billing and contract creation in an electronic format
  • Occasionally attends Strategic Business Review meetings to oversee all aspects of the MPS program to ensure customer satisfaction, report any challenges, issues related to the program to management with recommended solution for remediation
  • Facilitates new equipment orders as well as coordinating delivery, setup, and training schedules for MPS installations
  • Develops an understanding of basic office protocol as it pertains to school districts, county governments and general businesses
  • Participates in all sales meetings requested by sales management
  • Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, video conferencing and department activities for all members of the office
  • Liaison between EO Johnson and the outside organizations that we support
  • Performs additional administrative assistance and duties, as needed
