About The Position

The Sales Support Analyst is responsible for supporting and growing strategic retail partnerships. This role will support sales, accounts, and project coordination to deliver tailored solutions, ensure operational accuracy, and drive revenue growth. The position serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal product, planning, and production teams to ensure seamless execution from concept through shipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive support experience in sales, product management, or project management within a retail, wholesale, or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience assisting account managers while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and revenue objectives.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle and pricing strategy processes for the Off-Cycle side of the business.
  • Proven ability to present solutions, and support sales growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the home textiles industry strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience supporting off-price retail accounts highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge in product development and/or product management within a consumer goods environment.
  • Familiarity with costing models, supply chain coordination, and direct import (DI) processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel preferred), CRM systems, and sales/project management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and provide actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong internal & external relationships, understanding customer needs to deliver customized solutions.
  • Present strategic solutions to drive business with the Merchandisers after pricing meetings to drive revenue.
  • Communicate sale pricing or cost changes to product teams to ensure accurate cost sheets.
  • Collaborate closely with planners to ensure product flow accuracy and realistic forecasting aligned with budgets.
  • Work internally with Product Development and Off-Price Team to review and approve production samples to ensure quality and client compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Off-Price Lead to support or lead product development initiatives that align with Off-Price Channels and overall strategic goals.
  • Execute initiatives and action items established during sales meetings and drive projects through completion.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively demonstrate value and address customer inquiries.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support sales and operational objectives.
