Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or an administrative role.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel ; advanced reporting skills strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel for required company events (approximately 10%).
  • A collaborative attitude and a passion for supporting both internal teams and customers.

Nice To Haves

  • A relevant college degree (preferred).
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by administering RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, pricing requests, and sales analysis
  • Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service to align sales processes with broader business goals.
  • Use your advanced Excel skills to run reports, evaluate sales performance, and help maintain accurate sales compensation data
  • Manage accurate pricing and item information across customer e-procurement systems , serving as a key point of contact for internal teams and customers.
  • Help maintain and organize sales data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Coordinate and execute special events and sales meetings , including lodging, transportation, team-building activities, and vendor partnerships.
  • Track contract progress and special pricing opportunities to support sales pipeline visibility.
  • Represent RefrigiWear with a positive, friendly, and professional tone in all interactions.
