About The Position

We are seeking a self-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator & Account Manager Trainee. This role is designed for a motivated professional eager to grow within our organization. You will begin by supporting our sales department with essential administrative operations, with a clear path to evolving into an Account Manager as you master our systems and processes. You will be the backbone of our client-facing operations, ensuring that every detail from document management to sample shipments is handled with precision.

Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative tasks, including document tracking, signature collection, and coordinating the shipping of client samples.
Proactively build and maintain organizational systems (e.g., trackers, spreadsheets) to streamline department workflows.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and clients, ensuring clear, professional communication and timely follow-up on all commitments.
