About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will contribute to the business's success through direct customer interactions, sharing Warby Parker's story and mission, participating in process ideation and improvement, and engaging in special projects. You will promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment, demonstrate product knowledge, and offer style advice. You will also lead selling on the floor and front-of-house operations when a manager is not present, open and close the store, and foster an inclusive culture.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain cool under pressure and adapt quickly
An entrepreneurial spirit
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Passion for helping customers and teammates alike
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills
Self-motivated to be a top performer
