About The Position
The Sales Supervisor, also known as a Shift Lead in 5.11 stores, works alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, cultivate a high-energy store atmosphere, and uphold the rigorous standards that define a 5.11 store. This role involves leading by example, proactively addressing challenges, and supporting the team in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
