The Sales Supervisor, also known as a Shift Lead in their stores, collaborates with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to surpass customer expectations, cultivate a high-energy store atmosphere, and uphold the distinct standards of a 5.11 store. This role involves leading by example, proactively addressing challenges, and supporting the team in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Requirements
