About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create amazing customer experiences. This role, sometimes called a Keyholder at other brands, contributes directly to the company's success through customer interactions in retail locations across the U.S. and Canada. The Sales Supervisor will share Warby Parker's story and mission, participate in process improvement, and engage in special projects.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
An entrepreneurial spirit
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Passion for helping customers and teammates
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills
Self-motivated to be a top performer

Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers

Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
Open and close the store
