About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences in their new store opening. This role, similar to a Keyholder at other brands, involves direct customer interaction, contributing to business success, sharing the company's story and mission, participating in process improvement, and undertaking special projects. The position offers an opportunity to be involved in various aspects of retail operations and customer engagement.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
An entrepreneurial spirit
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
A team player who is passionate about helping customers and teammates alike

Responsibilities

Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers

Dream up innovative and entrepreneurial ways to reinvent the glasses-shopping experience
Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
Open and close the store
