About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create amazing customer experiences. In this role, you will contribute to the company's success through direct customer interactions, sharing Warby Parker's story and mission, participating in process improvement, and special projects. You will be responsible for leading sales on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team meetings when a manager is not present. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the store and fostering an inclusive culture.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
An entrepreneurial spirit
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Passion for helping customers and teammates
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills
Self-motivated to be a top performer
