About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences in their new store at Christiana Mall. This role, similar to a Keyholder at other brands, involves direct customer interaction, contributing to the company's success, sharing the brand's story and mission, and participating in process improvement and special projects. The Sales Supervisor will lead selling efforts, front-of-house operations, and team check-ins when a manager is absent, and will be responsible for opening and closing the store. The role emphasizes fostering an inclusive culture through respectful interactions with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
An entrepreneurial spirit
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Passion for helping customers and teammates
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills
Self-motivated to be a top performer
