About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create amazing customer experiences. In this role, you will contribute to the business through face-to-face customer interactions, sharing Warby Parker's story and mission, participating in process ideation and improvement, and working on special projects. This role is similar to a Keyholder position at other brands.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain cool under pressure and adapt quickly
An entrepreneurial spirit
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Passion for helping customers and teammates
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice
Dream up innovative and entrepreneurial ways to reinvent the glasses-shopping experience
Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
Open and close the store
