This role involves assisting upper management to drive results through a strategic and multifaceted approach. The Sales Supervisor is responsible for key opening and closing duties and operational tasks. They will demonstrate flexibility and a desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment. The role fosters customer relationships by continually developing personal knowledge of current trends and coaching styling techniques. The Sales Supervisor will empower the team to ensure the highest level of customer service standards while exercising leadership and multi-tasking capabilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant retail experience
  • Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in English is required.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
  • Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
