This position will support and require travel throughout the Lawrenceburg, Batesville, Shelbyville, Columbus, Seymour, Madison & North Vernon areas in Indiana. The Sales Supervisor is responsible for providing day to day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel. The role focuses on achieving goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing. It also involves fostering communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory, and assisting sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics.
