Requirements

3 years of management experience in an outside sales environment.
Be self-motivated, competitive, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
Excellent customer service skills.
5 years outside business-to-business contract sales with a proven track record of success.
Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
Must demonstrate excellent time & territory management skills.
Must periodically be available outside of normal business hours.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and coach sales professionals to maximize their potential.
Partner with and lead sales representatives in selling waste and recycling removal services.
Prepare bids, weekly reports and assist in coaching Sales Reps on cold calling new and existing customers.
Manage customer escalations as appropriate.
Interact with customers, business associations and trade shows.
Document existing customer concerns and work with other departments to satisfy customer requests for service.
Prospect and explore market opportunities.
Build relationships and resolve challenges with current customers.
Develop relationships with coworkers, strategic planning, and account management.
