About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will contribute to the company's success through direct customer interactions, sharing Warby Parker's story and mission, and participating in process improvement and special projects. This role is similar to a Keyholder position at other companies and is crucial to our retail operations in the U.S. and Canada.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
An entrepreneurial spirit
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Passion for helping customers and teammates

Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers

Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
