As a key leader on the sales floor, the Sales Supervisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales performance, supporting daily store operations, and leading by example to inspire and develop the team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of luxury, contemporary, or premium retail experience, strong clienteling capabilities, leadership experience, and a passion for fashion, culture, and delivering elevated service. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by building relationships, developing talent, and driving business results.
