About The Position

Warby Parker is looking for a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create amazing experiences for customers. In this role, you will contribute to the success of the business through face-to-face customer interactions, sharing Warby Parker's story and mission, participating in process ideation and improvement, and working on special projects.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain cool under pressure and adapt quickly
An entrepreneurial spirit
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Passion for helping customers and teammates
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills
Self-motivated to be a top performer
