About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will contribute to the company's success through direct customer interactions, sharing Warby Parker's story and mission, participating in process improvement, and undertaking special projects. This position is similar to a Keyholder role at other companies and involves direct customer engagement and operational responsibilities.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
An entrepreneurial spirit
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Passion for helping customers and teammates

Responsibilities

Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers

Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
