Eskimo Joe's Clothes - Sales Supervisor
About The Position
Eskimo Joe's Clothes is hiring an enthusiastic Sales Supervisor that has a passion for customer service and leadership to join our Stillwater team! A Sales Supervisor is responsible for monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback, assisting customers, stocking the products, keeping the sales floor and stockroom clean as well as organized, counting register drawers, preparing deposits, and operating a cash register. Candidates must be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends, but not all weekends are required! Shifts range from 9:00am-4:00pm, from 3:00pm-10:00pm. and occasionally from 12:00pm-7:00pm. The right candidate can work between 20-35 hours. Some flexibility in start time can be allotted for. Summer availability is required. Must be able to work OSU football game days. Salary starts at $14.75 an hour depending on relevant job experience and qualifications. Requirements
- At least one year of retail experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Passion and ability to serve as a leader and mentor to the Sales Associate team.
- Previous and relevant retail experience
- Flexible Availability (some weekends)
- Ability to work at least HALF of spring break and summer.
- Reliable transportation

- Standing & Walking for 8+ Hours
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
