About The Position
The Sales Supervisor, also known as a Shift Lead in their stores, collaborates with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, cultivate a high-energy store atmosphere, and uphold the distinct standards of a 5.11 store. This role involves leading by example, proactively addressing challenges, and supporting the team in delivering outstanding customer experiences. It presents a significant opportunity for individuals to develop leadership capabilities, enhance their skills, and make a tangible impact within a dynamic, results-oriented setting. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at their new Mall of America location, opening soon.
Requirements
- Retail or customer service experience, preferably in specialty or performance-driven retail.
- Empowered, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- A drive for teamwork, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards.
- Passion for tactical, outdoor, or fitness gear.
- This position requires a background screening.
