About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create amazing customer experiences. Sales Supervisors contribute to the company's success through direct customer interactions, sharing the Warby Parker story and mission, participating in process improvement, and special projects. This role involves leading on the sales floor, managing front-of-house operations, and conducting team meetings in the absence of a manager. Key responsibilities include opening and closing the store and fostering an inclusive culture.

Requirements

• Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
• 6+ months in a management position
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers

• Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
