About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create amazing customer experiences. This role contributes to the business's success through face-to-face customer interactions, sharing the company's story and mission, and participating in process ideation, improvement, and special projects. Similar roles may be called Keyholder at other brands.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
Entrepreneurial spirit

Passion for helping customers and teammates

Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers

Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
Open and close the store
