About The Position

This position is for a Sales Supervisor in retail gift shops located inside the AZ Grand Resort. The role involves leading a team in a fun work environment with opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Ability to work various shifts
• Must be able to work 45 hours per week
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively using the English language
• Strong interpersonal/organizational skills
• Self-starter
• Proficiency required in reading, writing, mathematics, cash handling/reporting
• Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Records Check, Paradies Background Check, and the applicable Department of Transportation requirements
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
