About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, share Warby Parker's story and mission, contribute to process improvement, and participate in special projects. You will be responsible for leading sales on the floor, managing front-of-house operations, and conducting team check-ins when a manager is unavailable. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the store and fostering an inclusive culture.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
An entrepreneurial spirit
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Passion for helping customers and teammates
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills
