About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will contribute to the company's success through direct customer interactions, sharing Warby Parker's story and mission, participating in process improvement, and undertaking special projects. This role is similar to a Keyholder position at other brands and is crucial for our retail locations across the U.S. and Canada.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain cool under pressure and adapt quickly
An entrepreneurial spirit
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Passion for helping customers and teammates
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills
