About The Position

Warby Parker is on the lookout for a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create nothing-short-of-amazing experiences for their customers. This role is similar to a Keyholder at other brands. In this position, the supervisor will share Warby Parker's story and mission on the sales floor, participate in process ideation and improvement, and engage in special projects. Warby Parker was founded with a mission to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose, and style, constantly seeking to do more and make a greater impact by reimagining what a company and industry can be. They aim to demonstrate that a business can scale while doing good in the world without charging a premium. Since 2010, they have pioneered ideas, designed products, and developed technologies to help people see, offering designer-quality glasses, contacts, eye exams, and vision tests online, in stores, or at home. The company believes in vision for all, distributing a pair of glasses to someone in need for every pair sold through their Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program.
