About The Position
The Sales Supervisor, also known as a Shift Lead in 5.11 stores, works collaboratively with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure customer expectations are exceeded, cultivate a high-energy store atmosphere, and uphold the established standards of a 5.11 store. This role involves leading by example, proactively addressing challenges, and supporting the team in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Requirements
- Retail or customer service experience, preferably in specialty or performance-driven retail.
