About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences in their retail locations. This role contributes to the company's success through direct customer interaction, sharing the brand's story and mission, and participating in process improvement and special projects. Similar roles may be called Keyholder at other companies.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
An entrepreneurial spirit
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Passion for helping customers and teammates
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills

Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
