About The Position

Turn 14 Distribution is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead our Truck & Domestic Performance Sales team in Ferndale, Michigan. This leadership role is responsible for developing and supporting a high-performing inside sales team while driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a passion for sales, team development, and the automotive aftermarket. This individual will play a key role in coaching team members, executing strategic initiatives, and fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to inside sales representatives.
  • Promote professional growth and career development through mentorship and performance coaching.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on collaboration and accountability.
  • Conduct timely mid-year and annual performance reviews.
  • Establish clear goals and expectations for team members.
  • Monitor individual and team performance while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Meet or exceed department revenue and margin objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve team effectiveness.
  • Support sales staff in developing customer relationships and closing business opportunities.
  • Partner with management and cross-functional teams to execute key company initiatives.
  • Support programs such as New Brand Launches, Stocked & Loaded, Preferred Access, customer-facing policy rollouts, and other strategic projects.
  • Track progress, measure results, and provide coaching to ensure successful execution.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the truck and domestic performance aftermarket, including products, trends, and industry developments.
  • Serve as a resource for your team by providing market insights and product knowledge.
  • Stay informed on competitor programs, pricing strategies, shipping offerings, and overall market conditions.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Turn 14 Distribution's systems, tools, processes, policies, and competitive advantages.
  • Help team members effectively leverage company resources to better serve customers.
