About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create amazing customer experiences. Similar to a Keyholder role at other brands, Sales Supervisors contribute to business success through direct customer interactions, sharing the company's story and mission, participating in process improvement, and special projects. This role involves leading on the sales floor, managing front-of-house operations, and conducting team check-ins when a manager is absent. Responsibilities also include opening and closing the store and fostering an inclusive culture.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
An entrepreneurial spirit
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Passion for helping customers and teammates
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills
Self-motivated to be a top performer
