Part Time Sales Stylist-2
About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Part-Time Sales Stylist who is consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and thinks beyond the task. This role involves modeling and coaching for the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The ideal candidate shares Levi's values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and drives performance. You will support the leadership team by suggesting looks, promoting the Levi's omni experience and loyalty program, resolving consumer concerns, and efficiently handling store operations such as shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards and complying with all policies.
Requirements
- Is fashion savvy and interested in current trends.
- Enjoys being busy and juggling multiple tasks.
- Available to work a flexible schedule to meet, including evening, weekend and holidays.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds, as well as constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Must be 16 years old.
Responsibilities
- Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer's needs consistent with Levi's® service approach.
- Promote Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with Red Tab Loyalty program.
- Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind.
- Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
- Efficiently handle all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards.
- Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
- Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs, able to follow directives of store management.
