As a member of Verkada's Sales Strategy and Operations team, you will play an integral role in driving the insights, operations, and strategy that enables Sales to run better, faster, and smarter. This role offers an excellent platform to learn how a business operates, with previous candidates having advanced to VP and COO positions. You will be a high-impact contributor, gaining exposure to a wide variety of challenges, processes, and data that power the Sales organization. As an Associate, you will lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to analytics to recommendations to drive impact across the sales organization. You will sit at the intersection of Sales and Product, driving the business understanding of the renewal engine and defining the tools required to enable Sales, Partners, and customers. This is a dynamic role for a "technical and business athlete" who can handle everything from SQL data pulls to automating AE workflows and managing cross-functional projects.
