The Sales Strategy Manager plays a critical role in supporting Dr. Schar’s growth strategy by transforming syndicated and internal data into actionable insights that drive profitable sales growth. This position is responsible for sales analytics, forecasting accuracy, trade optimization, and performance reporting. This role provides visibility across customers and channels and contributes directly to strategic decision-making. The Sales Strategy Manager will enhance decision-making through advanced analytics, improve planning processes, and identify opportunities to optimize investments and accelerate category growth.
