About The Position

Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking a Sales Strategy & Commercial Excellence Co-op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. The Sales Strategy & Commercial Excellence Co-op will support initiatives designed to improve sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and profitable growth. The co-op will work with sales leaders, finance, business units, and commercial strategy teams to develop customer insights, evaluate growth opportunities, and support account-level commercial strategies.

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Must be a currently enrolled student.
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.
• Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program.

Responsibilities

• Support development of account-level commercial strategies.
• Analyze customer growth, profitability, and market share trends.
• Assist with Long-Term Agreement (LTA) and rebate program evaluations.
• Conduct market and competitive research.
• Develop customer and sales performance dashboards.
• Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and strategic account reviews.
• Partner with sales teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Support commercial transformation initiatives.
