Position Responsibilities: Deliver new business opportunities, document processes, develop business cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the company’s capabilities in alignment with the company's vision and drive strategic initiatives Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and service expansions to drive growth Document and assess the feasibility of new initiatives, facilitating informed decision-making through comprehensive analysis Analyze and map current business processes while collaborating with stakeholders to identify future process requirements Design enhancements that drive operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization Develop initial business cases for new initiatives, incorporating cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and implementation plans Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management for approval while fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on business development initiatives Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 8 plus years of specific experience
